Game Day!

GAA 2014 final
The biggest sporting event of the year!

Guys, if you are about the City Center this Sunday, brace yourselves!

Dublin City Center will be a meeting point for a new kind of people, GAA fans!

A sea of yellow and green jerseys will swamp the streets, screaming, cheering and shouting. People of all ages from babies to pensioners, will all flock to Croke Park and the surrounding areas, anxiously awaiting the blow of the final whistle to see who is crowned The All Ireland Senior Champions.

That’s right, The All Ireland Final is happening this coming Sunday! The highlight of the GAA calendar! A day in which all counties come together and celebrate the victory of the winning team. These people will be everywhere you look, on the street in the chipper, the pub.. of course! There is no way to avoid the “culchies” (country people) havoc! and so the old saying goes, if you can’t beat them, join them!

There is no better way to experience Irish culture than watching a GAA match with a room full of energetic fans!

This year you are in for a treat! Donegal and Kerry will come face-to-face in Croke Park, which will be an epic battle till the final end. These two teams are no strangers to the pressure of an All Ireland Final, with Kerry being the most successful football team in the All Ireland Championship. As of 2009, they have won the competition on 36 occasions, winning in four consecutive years twice!! Even though Donegal has only ever won two, they have a taste for victory from winning 8 All Ireland Ulster Championships.

This promises to be an exhilarating match, one not to be missed!
